With nearly 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Jessica Schultz currently serves asVice President of Career Development Services with Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina. After earning her bachelor's degree in social work, Jessica began her career by supporting at-risk youth in Washington State. Joining the Goodwill network in 2005, Jessica spearheaded disability employment and training programs. Promoted to senior mission leader, she continued to elevate outcomes and revenue across a 13-county region. Jessica earned her MBA in 2015; then, seeking new opportunities and challenges, Jessica moved to North Carolina and joined the Triad Goodwill team. Jessica contributes to her community through several board memberships, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater High Point. Jessica resides in Asheboro, NC, with her husband and two daughters.
