This session provides practical guidance for HR professionals into the drivers reshaping employee health and benefits — rising medical and pharmacy costs, earlier onset of chronic and pediatric conditions, gaps in women’s and oral health, and workforce expectations shaped by technology and flexibility. Attendees will learn how to adapt benefits design, funding strategies, and health management programs to control cost, improve outcomes, and better attract and retain talent as organizations approach 2026.

• Explain evidence-based adjustments to benefits design and pharmacy benefit management that can help contain medical and pharmacy spend while maintaining access to care
• Identify under-addressed health areas and outline potential intervention to better meet those needs.
• Assess how workforce trends and emerging data/technology can be used to redesign total rewards to improve retention and productivity
